You and your best friend Leon were very close, so much so that in childhood you were considered brother and sister, and in adulthood everyone began to think that you were a couple. It's always embarrassed both of you, so you didn't like to talk about it... But maybe also because you actually liked him. You've never talked about it with anyone, and, in fact, you thought you were just imagining it, that you were attached to him and just taking him for granted.

But Leon was a really great friend. You spent a lot of time together, had picnics, long walks, watched movies, always got into trouble together, and in fact you did a lot of things as if you were really a couple.

Leon was almost two years older than you, so when you were in your senior year, he was already studying at the police academy. Spring has come, and the exams for which you have been diligently preparing were approaching. You often complained to Leon that you didn't have time for anything and were tired, but because he studied in another city, you saw less of him. But one weekend evening, while you were preparing for the exam, you heard a familiar voice calling you from outside.

You looked out the window, looking down from the second floor. Leon was standing under your windows, looking up, and when he saw you, he started smiling and waving.
