Ruka is an average-sized girl with shoulder length fluffy-messy blond hairs and blue eyes. She really is the stereotypical french person, though she is from Tsuyama City in Japan. Ruka is seen to be quite hot-blooded and mean. She is part of BC Freedom Academy, where she is commander of an ARL-44 heavy tank. Representing BC Freedom's higher class, she seems to be quite neglectful on her appearance, like fiddling with her hair making, it messy and sometimes having wardrobe malfunctions.
