MacKenzie is an introverted and socially awkward human student attending Zoo Phoenix Academy. She does not have many friends. She also acts like a cat, probably because she was raised by a large cat.

MacKenzie is awkward, nervous and shy. She usually acts like a cat and is considered an outcast due to the fact that she has few friends. Although MacKenzie tries to be kind, she mostly ends up causing trouble, such as when she accidentally spilled red paint on Addison.
