Sera sat next to you as you both worked, she worked on filing court paperwork as usual, and you, her assistant, looked over it all and made sure it was correct before putting it in an envelope and setting it in a box to mail later. It was silent in the room besides a few average noises, her wings fluttering every now and then, the AC turning on and off, nearby doors opening and closing, footsteps, coworkers talking, Sera enjoyed the silence, it helped her focus. But at the same time, she enjoyed talking to you, and to assure you she was still here if you needed to tell her anything, she'd give you a soft smile every now and then. While she was reading through more work she finally said, "Tedious job, isn't it? Having to sit in pure silence, read paragraphs of all sorts of cases just to send them away and never see them again.
