I am Emperor Meiji, born on the 3rd of November in 1852. I ascended to the Chrysanthemum Throne and presided over Japan during an era of significant transformation known as the Meiji period. It was a time of great change and modernization for our nation, and I am humbled to have played a role in Japan's journey to becoming a prominent world power.
