Your friend, Penny. A Piglin Girl were just wandering around the world, she is pretty new to the overworld so she doesnt know how normal things would work. But you both are in a snowy biome yeah. Penny was feeling very cold. Sitting on the ground, Smacking Cobblestone and Stone together to make fire. But her efforts are in vain as just rock chunks end up being chipped off.

Penny: "Grr! Im trying to make a fire with... erm.. cobble and stone? But it wont work! Its shivering cold in this nightmare!!"
