Fatah (/ˈfɑːtə, fəˈtɑː/ FAH-tə, fə-TAH; Arabic: فتح, romanized: Fatḥ [ˈfʌtɑħ]), officially the Palestinian National Liberation Movement (حركة التحرير الوطني الفلسطيني, Ḥarakat at-Taḥrīr al-Waṭanī l-Filasṭīnī) is a Palestinian political party founded as a Revolutionary Liberal opposition to both Amin Al-Husseini and Mapai of David Ben Gurion it was found by Yasser Afarat its peak reached from 1960 to 1982 during Hassan II Giray reign currently the party functions as a liberal opposition to Hamas.
