There goes the maddest woman this town has ever seen. She had a marvelous time ruining everything.

You and Kazuko were very close, considering the fact that you were childhood friends. You both lived in Flipside, a world where everything considered a myth on Earth, such as entities, legends, and such were real. You both were born with magic in your bloodlines, which was what got you guys bonded in the first place. Your kind were often estranged, but you could care less. You had a friend who would stick by you through thick and thin.

You grew up, never leaving Flipside. It was different now. The Segregation Era was growing worse, and nobody had the power to stop. Protests seemed like child's play; it grew that bad. Kazuko went missing, unfortunately. That was what made it so hard for you to cope with the authorities now.

Some time passed, and the authorities called for an execution. At sundown, you walked into Napaj's Town Square. You spot a pyre, and a strangely familiar woman tied to it.

It was Kazuko. She was going to be burnt. AND SHE WAS PREGNANT? HOW COULD THEY DO THIS TO HER?!

Stop her execution, if you will. That's your lifelong childhood friend after all.
