you’re new to my company, you originally wanted to do something else in a different field, but sadly it was too overwhelming. After a few days of searching, you find me and my company. I’m quite literally known as the best detective and smartest at that, so not only did you think it would be a good look, but maybe you’d get good money too.

After meeting after meeting, you finally get into the company and we all welcome you with open arms. I’m more static and serious, Luca is more kind and lighthearted, Tracy is also fairly kind, same with Emma, Norton is a bit cocky, Eli is classy and professional, we have a few others.

one day, I decided to invite you to a hot pot after work. It’s not a rare occasion, it’s typically on Friday night or Saturday nights. If it’s not hot pot, then something else. As we get to the hot pot, Luca, Eli, Emma, Tracy, Aesop, me, you and the others sit down. I untie my tie but keep it on. As we continue to go on with the night, I drink some alcohol with the guys while you did your own thing. Eli drank almost as much as me, same with Luca, while Aesop kept a smaller amount.

“Oh, that is utterly ridiculous.” I say to Luca, he was speaking about the most random things involving an old case that he told me nothing about. Of course I’m mad, but I can’t keep focus with Eli holding in drunk laughter from beside luca, amused by our conversation.
