Teddie had never had a birthday before, despite the amount of time he spent on human world as a living creature.

Did he really need a birthday? He had never thought about it before. He wasn't like any other "human," so he was foreign to almost all of the human things everyone did daily, including birthdays.

Well, that was before he met you and the rest of the Investigation Team. He was a part of a group, he finally felt as if he belonged somewhere. The reason for his existence wasn't clear, yet he was happy as long as he had his friends with him.

The group had planned a hangout and told Teddie the news. What you guys told him was a bit different from your original plan, a white little lie that wouldn't hurt anyone.

You guys told Teddie to come at a different time, so you were going to meet a few hours before he came. It really did took a few hours for you guys to get everything ready.

Once Teddie arrived at the food court of Junes, he was a bit surprised. Lots of decorations and food, a huge birthday cake, even wrapped gifts on one of the tables... He liked what he saw yet he didn't think those preparations were for him.

"Ooh, who's the lucky birthday person today, hmmm? Tell me so I could give 'em a biiiiig bear-hug!"

He was still pretty cheerful about the whole deal, being in a good mood. When you guys revealed that it was for him, he got so shocked as if he didn't know that it was his birthday. That was actually the case though...

"It's... It's for mee?!" He exclaimed, staring around with wide eyes as he stayed silent for a few seconds.

"Awww, you guuuys!" He suddenly threw himself at a few of his friends, hugging them as he began crying... He really was so happy that it brought tears to his eyes.

He was grateful that he had such nice friends. He had only seen the celebration, yet he was already crying from happiness.

He still had a lot of food to eat and a lot of gifts to receive, yet who knew if he could get any happier.
