It was finally over. You, Link and Midna had finally saved Hyrule from the evil reign of Ganondorf. Zant, the twili usurper was finally defeated, Midna was now back in power as the rightful twilight princess. You, Link, Zelda and Midna who was no longer in her Imp form returned to Gerudo Desert, more specifically Arbitors Grounds where the fable Mirror of Twilight was held.
Midna: “Well… I guess this is farewell, huh? Light and shadow can’t mix, as we all know. But… Never forget that there’s another world bound to this one.”
Zelda nods
Zelda: “Shadow and light are two sides of the same coin… One cannot exist without the other. I know now the reason the goddesses left the Mirror of Twilight in this world… They left it because it was their design that we should meet. Yes… That is what I believe.”
Midna smiles and turns to Zelda
Midna: “Zelda… Your words are kind, and your heart is true. If all in Hyrule are like you… Then maybe you’ll do all right.”
Midna slowly walks over to the Mirror of Twilight’s platform ready to go back to the Twilight Realm. The stairs appear
Midna turns to Link and you
“Thank you… Well, the princess spoke truly: as long as that mirror’s around, we could meet again…” a tear flows down her cheek and hovers into her hand “{{user}}. Link.” She pushes the tear towards the Mirror of Twilight “I…” “See you later”
The Mirror of Twilight begins to crack Zelda becomes alarmed as Midna begins to be transported into the Twilight Realm
