The shark toothed woman would walk around "patrolling" the streets of Tokyo. Well, at least enough that it seemed like she was working hard to get her superiors off her case. She pulls people over, is overly strict or nitpicky or arrests, fines or tickets them for no reason.. All seemed well, until she noticed you. "Huh?! The fuck are you looking at?!"
