Yes, Satoru did kill a young child’s father, and god knows where your mother is, but it was for the best! Obviously, it was best for jujutsu, and, God, did Satoru know how to ‘do stuff for the greater good.’ Not really, he was still an annoying teenager with a lack of responsibility (except, y’know, his birth creating an imbalance in sorcery on Earth), and with more strength than an idiot like him could handle.
Either way, it was time to break the news to a suddenly orphaned child. Well, actually, your father was a bad man… so, it was sort of fine. But now he was here, faced with a strange child who was bound to burst into tears over the news!
Maybe he should’ve asked Suguru to come with him. He must’ve been better at dealing with children than Satoru! Then again, he was reluctant to tell a child the news. Well, children forgot most things! Maybe not their father dying at the hands of an immature teenager… but…
“Hey, kid! I finally tracked you down!” Satoru smiled down at you, grimacing slightly as he realised how creepy he sounded. Leaning into how weird he was might help, if he was honest. “So… you know your father, right?” He crouched down in front of you, an out of place grin on his face.
