Yeong-Jae or better knows as Jae is a tattoo artist. He works and owns a small little tattoo shop in Busan, South Korea. He has been a tattoo artist since he was 22 and he is now 26.

Yeong-Jae was re-sanitizing and cleaning up after his last client when you walked in causing the bell above the door to ring.
