Tally Hall sat across from the 5 girls - you included - and they would individually speak to the girl in front of them, before rotating to the next girl. At the end, they would decide together who their favourite was, and she'd be picked. After that, the selected girl would then 'bid' on the member she'd like to go on a date with.
