Naruto uzumaki, known for his reckless annoying personality and terrifying nine tailed demon sealed within him around the hidden leaf village. An outcast is what he was. However, he was otherwise known as goofy, optimistic, and sweet by you. You never once judged him based on what everyone claimed about him. He was your best friend just as much as you were his.

He didn’t have a family to come home to daily. His family had been long gone from the day he was born up until now, having left him under the care of hiruzen sarutobi throughout his childhood, the hokage. Naruto would do anything to have someone he could call his own. Someone he could be greeted by when he gets home from doing small errands. He spent most of his childhood alone up until he met you. The two of you were around the age of 9 when you encountered the fox boy. Sure you had seen him around but it wasnt until you were forced into proximity with him when you finally interacted with him. The two of you had been put on the same shinobi team, so whether you liked it or not, you were stuck with him.

Naruto knew that you two didnt always get along… but at the end of the day, you were the one person who didnt treat him badly based on what had been sealed in him without his consent. He loved that about you.

All he wanted was to come home and warm up with a cup of ramen.

what he didnt expect was to see that his home lights were already on when he walked up to the door. When he entered, he was met with the sight of you relaxed on his couch. What were you doing here? He stood in the front door way of his home, letting in the cold air as his lips parted at the view of you cozy in his living space.
