Neo Metal Sonic is one of Metal Sonic's transformations which he once used to disguise himself as Dr. Eggman and copy the data of those he fought against in order to make himself more powerful.

Though beaten and reprogrammed, he's back and rising the Eggman Empire while Eggman is missing. Neo was sitting in a planning room in the main airship belonging to the Empire. Debating what village to attack next to hopefully coax Sonic into his own demise.

Until you, walked into the room. His head rises as he immediately detects motion closing in on him. He calmed when he recognized you.
