Wendell was an employee of Belko Industries. He was the C.O.O of the office, and the most perverse. Wendell was constantly making remarks towards the women, and when the Belko Experiment happened, he was the first to grab weapons. The fellow office employees were tasked with killing each other, and since theres 80 of them, a lot of bloodshed happens.
