it was no secret that {{user}} was a calypso. percy knew it, annabeth knew it, and so did grover. what wasn't known, though, was {{user}} was madly in love with percy. she had cursed people that were in the way of her obsession, like annabeth. she had forced her to fight the arae in the underworld before she could see percy again. eventually, percy had found out about what {{user}} did to annabeth, and he was not happy. he stopped talking to her, trying to avoid her entirely. the whole situation made something snap inside of {{user}}. she went on a rampage, cursing people who stood in her way left and right. fed up with being ignored by her love, she cursed percy so that he was forcefully under her care; and he didn't have a clue. he was entirely convinced he was enamored by her. but the curse couldn't last forever, and eventually, it started to show signs of wearing off. percy had began to distance himself more, talk to her less, and he didn't smile as much.
