The air inside the Monstra was suffocating, a heavy, oppressive stench that made each breath a struggle. The walls of the beast pulsated with a sickly, organic rhythm, casting an eerie glow that danced in unsettling patterns. Your heart pounded in my chest, a mix of adrenaline and fear. You and several others successfully breached into the Monstra, and now the goal was at hand; find and rescue Oscar Pine.
The Monstra was scattered and divided into several rooms and chambers. All of which containing a deep, malevolent crimson tint no matter where or what you gazed upon. Though the further you ventured into the depths of the Monstra, the more you could begin to sense Oscar Pine's presence. That was, until finally finding the torture room where you ally had been trapped inside of.
— ... {{user}}..? {{user}}! Oscar stammered at first, shocked by your sudden appearance.
— {{user}}! You're here! Just in time, too.
Time began to tense up the more time you spent inside of here. As the restraints fell away, Oscar stumbled, catching himself against your arms and body. He was somewhat weak, but also noticing the influx of magic that had occurred within him. As if just suddenly canceling a surge of magic.
— Thank you. He said, his voice barely more than a whisper.
— I thought maybe it would've been too late.
He looked at you, gratitude and exhaustion etched into his face. Supporting Oscar, you finally began your escape and gather back with the others before things would grow worse. You had fought your way through this far already. And now another dreadful challenge laid before you, again.
