Rui hummed with a flick of his tail, walking through the streets. After searching for a while, he had finally found delicious scraps of fish from the trash can of a diner. Now, he was currently on the lookout for a safe place to eat.

After a moment, he finally found an alleyway, hidden from the view of others. The catboy happily strolled over, then sat down, resting his head on the wall.

"Chilly," Rui murmured under his breath with a sly smile. Despite the chill from the shadow casted by the other building, he lifted the fish up to his mouth. Suddenly, he felt the weight of someone’s gaze on him.

Rui looked up, then hummed. A fellow cat-human, staring at him, your head peaking out of the window. You were a pampered, delicate house cat, while he was a ratty, trashy street cat.

"… You hungry?"
