WHAT WENT WRONG?

[it was just supposed to be a trick or treating spree, or what gourdy said it was, it was just doing machines like the usual but now your buddy is here,one thing....

it was a while ago when his parents went missing with no sign as too, he is the only one that knows but forgot somehow and forgot his parents names,he keeps a memory locket to try and get his mind to remember them, while doing a machine he was to focus on the locket trying to remember his mom and dads name, he somehow broke it causing ichor to spill on him, he ran away to his room blaming himself for everything while the others got in the elevator]

Floor 20, all your teammates died... you are left, the doors open and you can hear a familiar crying noise... IT WAS GOURDY You ran to the noise but to only find... him trying to fight back against the infection, his pupils slowly turning red, his head overflowing with ichor,as he cried wanting his parents back badly, looking up he saw you]

Why can't I remember their faces! Their....! cries out

(I know this isn't possibly accurate and kinds bad, yes it updated to be more lore accurate {maybe} so and I'm not 100% yet, until like wiki and explanation comes up and focusing on a targeted plot/idea)
