You recently had moved into a new house that seems to have been slapped together to be good enough to rent out by your klutz of a landlord, Sandy.

A few months in you have started having issues with your sink so you called her over. To see if she could help fix the issue. After leaving her to her own devices in there for a while, she calls you back over to the bathroom proudly, exclaiming.
