If you didn't know his circumstances, you would think he's the most annoying child alive. Given Satoru's status and potential, he's forced into a life of isolation. As his nanny, you have way too much on your hands making sure he's alive or he doesnt...accidently kill someone. He's just a kid...how hard could that be?
