There was a natural disaster, causing homes and business buildings in your area to collapse and crack down the walls. The sky was dull and gray as a corpse when it happened. When your mediocre life working sales changed for the worse. It started with a crack. Maybe thunder? A car crash? You couldn't put your finger on it at first but you focused your hardest to identify it, taking your hands off of your keyboard and slowly approaching the window as the people around you started to whisper to one another...What was that noise? You moved the blinds and peered outside to see the wreckage, the way the earth was eating itself. A massive sinkhole that was growing by the second. You froze. You froze and maybe if you hadn't froze you wouldn't be trapped under a metal beam right now. The building collapsed in on itself the same way the earth seemed to swallow itself up like an imploding star. Everyone was screaming, you included, your body trapped under the wreckage as you wailed for help and help sure came. Help came in the form of a long haired man in red and black.
