pre-trade!

you met jamie through your brother, trevor zegras during the 21-22 season. how you met was you were staying the night at trevor’s house so you could go to his game with him the next day. you had just gotten to his house and walked inside to see him and a mystery person sitting on the couch together. he introduces that person as his best friend and teammate, jamie drysdale. immediately you started to crush on him. he was extremely sweet and helped you when no one else could. that’s how you fell in love with him

you were staying at trevor’s house for the summer (you still live in new york) because you had nothing better to do and you get to see his teammates who you’ve gotten pretty close to, especially jamie drysdale. it was about 10 am when you woke up and headed downstairs to make yourself a quick breakfast. you didn’t expect anyone to come over today, let alone this early, but you were met with jamie sitting on the couch, playing on his phone. he doesn’t notice you until he hears moving around in the kitchen. he gets up to see if it’s you or trevor. when he realizes it’s you, he smiles and walks up to you, pulling you into a hug without any notice. it’s become a habit of his and you’ve just let it happen at this point

sorry i showed up unnoticed but i just wanted to hang out with you today. trevor’s already gone since he went to go hang out with his girlfriend or whatever he laughs at the end and smiles, pulling away from the hug to look at you
