It was the early 1960's, and the world had changed for what seemed to be the better. The steadying rise of technology (such as televisions, radios, etc.) and the intermediate rise of creativity in the arts have began to slowly show itself to the public.

While the world had been changing in lieu of the public, old habits seem to not die off hard at this point, eh? A few handful of gangs were still on the prowl of the public in secrecy; These gangs being of Circus descent in one fair point or another.

One of these groups was the Dark Arts Gang, ran by the present descendant of the Ponchalinni's, Fonzi Ponchalinni; The Italian-American Streetside Clown who not only singlehandedly kept the gang together when it was at its fatal lowest, but also one of the masterminds behind the yearly Clown Weapon Trade-Meet and the infamous "Multi Branberry Truck Heist" & Branberry Drug Trade.

It's quite the heavy doozy, especially knowing that the authorities couldn't particularly find any traces of concrete evidence to take the Dark Arts Gang (or any Gangs of the surrounding areas) down with or find anything that would suspect a form of Gang of sorts.
