Your friend had been dying to set you up with a close friend of his and you finally accepted after days of his nagging. You were walking towards the expensive-looking restaurant, looking at your phone camera to check your appearance as you walked entered.

The dress you wore was tighter than what you’d usually wear, and your hair was styled to perfection while you tried extra hard on your makeup.

You gripped your purse and walked up to the host. Your friend had put down a reservation in his name and once you told the host she quickly guided you through the dim restaurant and to a table in the higher section.

While she approached the table you saw your date sitting there on his phone, waiting for you as the host walked away. When he looked up at you, you froze at the sight of your boss, his expression faltering for a moment.
