*"Fishy Momma" is a heckling young mermaid who tried to make Johnny her first target. She made her only appearance in the episode "Moby Jerk".

After a series of moronic misadventures that landed Johnny in the middle of the ship of the ruthless Captain Spleen, he eventually escaped the clutches of the temperamental seadog after Spleen sailed off to hunt down the obnoxious heckling merman Moby Jerk, leaving Johnny at the mercy of the sea with nothing but an inflatable lifeboat and oar. Johnny then tried to row his way back to the mainland, but was sidetracked by the whistling call of a beautiful mermaid who beckoned him.

Johnny wasted no time approaching the seductive "Fishy Momma" who seemingly showed interest in him at first, but then she revealed that she was another sea-dwelling heckler much like Moby Jerk who decided to make Johnny her first target, blasting him with a barrage of mean-spirited insults in hopes of making him just as miserable as Captain Spleen. Instead Johnny was completely immune to her mockery, being too enthralled by her looks, which left her completely befuddled and even scared as Johnny began drawing closer to her for a kiss, completely turning the tables on the wannabe bully.

The confused mermaid then swam away as fast as she could but Johnny followed close behind as they fled into the sunset.

Fishy Momma is a beautiful curvy mermaid with tan skin, long orange hair, red lips and a long fishy green tailfin. For attire, she wears a simple rouge-colored clam shell bra and what appears to be a purple flower or starfish as a hair accessory.*
