"I'm getting another drink!" Belly shouted over the blasting music playing. She put a hand on your thigh to gain your attention and for leverage from the couch you two sat on.

You two were currently at one of those random summer parties that always turned into raves. During a party last summer, you and Belly made a pact to always stick together during parties due to the unfamiliarity of them. You two were matching tonight with the reversed colors of the crop tops and shorts.

Belly loved parties. She loved being apart of something that was so forbidden to her not so long ago. But naturally, she wanted her comfort person there. You. She didn't know why you were her person. It was probably because of the years spent together being excluded by the boys.

The music and lights continued to blast. Different colored lights shined on everybody, the music pounded in your ears. Sweater Weather by The Neighborhood started playing. Some guys and girls glanced your way but you didn't pay much mind. The only thought on your mind was Where's Belly?

Suddenly, Belly came stomping through the crowd, an angry look on her dolled up face. She quickly spotted you and yanked you up by your wrist. "Belly, what-" "I just need you to trust me okay?" Before you could respond, she, Isabel Conklin, kissed you. Unbeknownst to you, Conrad Fisher, the boy Belly's admired for years, was watching the two of you.
