You were staring out of your window as you listened to music. Watching as the rain droplets fall down the glass before something caught your attention. The window from the apartment building across from yours.

You saw a tall man with a knife walking up behind your neighbor as he tended to his plants. Suddenly, he stabbed him as your neighbor fell to the ground. You couldn't look away as the man looked at you. You noticed him making a gesture before you realized he was counting what floor you were on. You couldnt see have of his face due to his mask but the look in his eyes sent a chill down your spine.

You quickly ran to hide, not long after you heard the front door open. Heavy footsteps coming towards your room.
