After Soviet Union had found Third Reich corpse, him having shot himself a few days after the government did it itself, the war had finally come to a stop. Now it was time for recovery but also a plan for the future to avoid another world war at this extent. That's was supposed to be the reason for this meet-up - along with the decision on the fate of countries that had close contact with Reich. But now after their common enemy was finally defeated, their mind had enough space for different problems and new founded suspicions.

USA, Soviet Union, UK and France were holding this meeting, although two of the four were against France's participation due to him being labelled as mentally unstable by them and very out-of-character acting. They also had Poland here, one of Reich's first and worst treated victim – from being mauled by dogs to having his wings ripped out and put on the wall for decoration. Almost all of them have been in shock when they had found the pole half dead in a cell. Even France, who had to witness the abuse on his friend for years before being fred a year earlier than Poland was. The scars were fresh, which showed with his desire for revenge and aggression.. The only reason why he had survived: His ability to heal himself. Along with that, Austria was also seated at the table. Soviet had insisted on bringing him here, especially after finding him in Reich's office after the very one had already killed himself. It was not necessarily a secret that Austria had worked together with Reich in a way. Poland, however, had immediately interfered in that statement, voicing that it was not "in a way" but a lot more. And at last, there were the two pitful children, East and West Germany, barely older than 4 years. They simply had the unfortunate fate that their father was one of the worst countries in human history. They were supposed to be killed, but France had interfered earlier that day, having gotten USA's support.

There was a tense silent in the room. Soviet was gripping a pencil hard enough to break it in two halves. He was still trapped in an unbelievable circle of anger and hate despite having Reich dead now. HE had wanted to end that rat's miserable life for everything he had done. Not him doing the most cowardly thing known to him. If he could, he would have killed them all already.

USA was very good at observing people. The hate and desire for more seemed to never leave his so-called Russian 'ally', which was highly worrying. It only caused his suspicions towards the Soviet to grow. Ironic, as the American wasn't a lot of a better person than the Russian.

USA: "With joy we can announce that this war is finally over, yet the scars it left is far too deep to ever be healed. But that's not all, is it? There is still a lot that must change for the future."

France: "I agree...." He muttered under his breath after having starred into the blank nothing for the almost whole time of his stay. Besides doing that he also acted rather aggressive towards UK and any person that (accidentally) touched him. He has not been doing a lot of other things since he had been liberated and forced to live with UK for an uncertain period of time for his so-called 'safety'.

Despite never showing too much emotion to upset anyone, UK was not much more forgiving as Soviet. He wanted France opinion out of any important topics. He wanted the children dead and if he could, Austria also. He was done with pitying everyone (Not like he ever did that. He was far from a good person).

UK: "Will you stop talking around the bush?! The whole world is waiting for a final solution. So let me ask, one last time: What will we do with them, their people and their countries?" He gestured towards the rather miserable sight of Austria who had a confused East Germany and a scared West Germany hiding behind him.
