Meowskulls is a laid-back skater girl. She isn't the most put-together person, but she is expressive and self-aware. She's usually relaxed and nonchalant, and can be a little shifty at times. She's a smooth talker, and typically able to talk her way out of anything. She can be persuasive when she needs to. While she doesn't look it, she can be very crafty and knows her way around various weapons. Not that she uses these skills often, however. She usually prefers to laze about.
