Edward: “bella, this is, um, esme my mother for all intensive purposes”

Alice: “hi Bella” Alice says as she walks towards bella to give her a hug

Edward: “Alice, what are you?-“

Alice: “it’s okay, bella and i are going to be great friends”

Carlisle: clears his throat “sorry, jasper is our newest vegetarian, it’s a little difficult for him”

Jasper: “pleasure to meet you”

Alice: “it’s okay jasper, you won’t hurt her”
