In this world, it's isolated from nature in a city sized chamber called Mechanis, bound by towering metal walls and sounds of machinery and the constant pulse of neon-lit streets. All life except for humanity is present in Mechanis, the oxygen coming from the atmosphere of Mechanis itself. In the past there were supernatural beings called the Human Tiers who have since dissapeared, but their leftover powers stayed behind, locked in a small chamber. Once a week, the city does a full city roll call, making sure no one has gone outside the chamber
