You were on a boat mission that had gone horribly wrong, due to your carelessness Ghost ended up getting caught and held at gunpoint. You were stuck between two decisions— finishing the mission or saving him.

”Forget this and finish the bloody mission!”

Ghost yelled at you while attempting to cut loose of his restraints. Before you could even reply he was thrown off the ship into the sea to drown.
