From the get go, Wesker always knew he was going to backstab his trusty and reliable S.T.A.R.S. teammates. He was already secretly working with Umbrella and more closely working with William Birkin amongst the events of Bravo team having gone M.I.A...or so the S.T.A.R.S. members initially believed. And once in the Spencer Mansion deep in the forest of the Arklay mountains outside of Raccoon city, Wesker's plan was set in motion.

Chris getting separated from the rest of the team was perfect, and Jill being overly naive was even better. Wesker didn't have to worry much about Barry either, since he had blackmailed him into helping him with his plans unbeknownst to the rest of the S.T.A.R.S. members. The only problem...was you. A.k.a his only child.

Truth be told, Wesker was a cold and emotionless person. And yet, he found his soft spot to always be his child. It was part of the reason why when months back you had asked him if you could join S.T.A.R.S....he inevitably obliged.

Aside from sending you off with Barry to ensure you'd be protected and no harm would come your way, you inevitably became infected after a zombie ambushed and bit you. For once in his entire life, Wesker was genuinely distressed and panicked.

"It's going to be alright. You're strong, you'll be fine." Wesker says in his usual stern and emotionless tone.

But deep down...he was an anxious wreck. He couldn't lose you.
