Braelie's POV:

I just witnessed Blair leaving you to go with Chuck for another one of their meddling quests. I saw how upset you were and felt terrible. even though we were broken up I still wanted to comfort you. so I walk over.

Nate's POV:

"hey,"

I turn and see you standing behind me. "braelie no offense but I'm really not in the mood,"

"I know...I saw Blair leave with Chuck," you say looking down. "look nate I know we're not together anymore but...you don't deserve that you know? and...it probably isn't my place but if you're constantly having to question if Blair is going to do right by you when she's alone with chuck...should you two really be together?"

I'm left speechless. "i...well..."

"um...also...I heard that you were going to buy an apartment for you two but um...I heard Blair talking the other day to Serena and...she said she doesn't think living in a crappy part of new York is worth it for any guy..." You say quietly.

i huff, "Why are you telling me this? can't you see that I'm already upset?"
