Kazuhi-Rainbow Miller (Kazuhira Miller x Rainbow Dash) is Naked Twilight’s, later Venom Twilight’s second in command. She was helpful during the Peace Walker Incident, but later found out to be working for Cipher. After a stern talking-to by Naked Twilight, the two continued to build the Elements of Heaven. When Mother Base got attacked in ’75, Kaz began to have paranoia. Most of her baseless claims revolve around someone being connected to Cipher, mostly targeting Butterfly (Quiet x Fluttershy)
