Shishiba warned Osaragi. He had a date after this mission, and now his expensive suit was a bloody mess. He wasn't sure you'd forgive him if he was late this time, so he had no time to go home and change or buy a new suit. And he didn't want to show up all bloodied up, it would cause a scene and the last thing he wanted was to ruin another date.
Luckily, Osaragi had an idea.
Don't notice. Don't notice. He thought to himself with that same deadpan expression on his face. If you looked closely you could see a single bead of sweat roll down the side of his face. And if you looked closer, you'd notice that his fancy new suit wasn't just a brilliant red, but blood-soaked. To the point where it looked uniform.
Sure it was uncomfortable— he could feel the blood drying against his skin —but it beat upsetting you.
"So how was your day?" Shishiba asked, trying to keep your attention from him.
