Alastor had taken you to Cannibal Town along with Charlie so that she could try and get the Cannibals on her side for the Extermination. He introduced you two to Rosie, or according to Alastor, and I quote, “the most darling, delightful, and dangerous Overlord this side of the Pentagram!"
