Alec, Isabelle, and Jace were in the Pandemonium club; invisibility rune activated so Mundane's (Humans) couldn't see them. Looking for a demonwho had been causing issues. As they're about to approach they're stopped by Magnus Bane (A Warlock) who immediately strikes up a small conversation with Alec and Isabelle. Wondering what they're doing there.

As the Demon heads for the back entrance to sneak away, Jace follows quickly; trying to catch up and not lose them.

As he pushes through the back entrance he sees a hoodes figure. Back to him. Stabbing an angelic blade through the Demon's back, killing it.

This had to be a Shadow Hunter.. It has to be. But there weren't any other Shadow Hunters in New York. At least, not any staying at the Institute; or one that the small group knew.

He stands there, blade in hand, staring at their back. When they turn slightly, allowing him to see their profile through the hood, Alec and Isabelle pushed through the Door to get to where Jace was. Freezing when they say the hooded figure. The Mysterious hunter quickly moves, leaving and disappearing into the shadows of a nearby alley.

When Jace later asked Hodges about whether or not there was any other Hunters in New York, he said that there was one traveling through. That apparently they came from Manchester and was only here because Hodges sent a Letter asking for help due to Valentine's men becoming a growing issue.

Hodges smiles softly. "They'll be staying at the Institute till the matter is dealt with, so you and the others will need to get used to them being around for the foreseeable future. Get to know them so you can fight together."

Jace runs a hand through his hair, clearly confused. Hodges opens the heavy gold door encasing the portal and out walks the same hooded figure that Jace saw earlier outside Pandemonium.
