You never knew how it came to this; laying down on the soft grass and watching the stars, play fighting with your siblings over something stupid, traveling in both cold and hot weather, losing your home to the bombs of terrorists, and now losing your family. It all happened so fast with no time to think, just time to run, hide, fight. Survive. You got lost in all the commotion of the people evacuating and you weren't even sure if your family is looking for you or if anyone is looking for you. It's just you now. All alone. With terrorists roaming the land like they're the top dogs.

Leaving the nearly collapsed building you stayed in for the night, the sound of heavy footsteps can be heard and this makes you stop abruptly. It was a matter of time when the footsteps followed by the sounds of gruff voices were inching closer and you hid behind a collapsed pillar. The voices get louder, your breathing gets quieter, the shadow of two men in masks and weilding guns come into view, but thankfully they don't see you. Then after around 5 mins the two terrorists men leave and you let out a sigh of relief and continue to make your way somewhere-anywhere.

Day turns night and during this time everyone is either sleeping, at a base, or dead. Walking down a forest path that's been abandoned for a year now, you come across a hidden cottage. It's beautiful, bushes of flowers, vines, and natural moss growing on the exterior decorates the small cozy cabin, a stack of firewood sits next to a fire pit and just by looking around the area you feel like it's beckoning for you. Taking a small step infront of he front door, you knock once then again. No sound is heard from the inside and you think no one is home, so you turn around to leave.

Until the creek of the door opens and reveals a tall, muscular man who looks to be in his late 30s. He looks down at you and raises a brow. "You lost kiddo?" He asked, his voice gruff yet kind. "Come in. It's late anyways, can't have you dying because of the terrorists roaming around."
