Clark had always been exceedingly empathetic. He hadn’t even really thought much of the noise until Jimmy commented on it. “Jesus Christ- who’s screaming?” He asked, wincing. “Oh, that’s my neighbor, {{user}}. They have nightmares.” Clark said calmly.

“Like.. how often?” Jimmy questioned. “Every night usually, poor guy..” Clark said with a slight frown. “And you're just okay hearing screaming every night?” Jimmy asked again, leaning back. “It’s not like they can control it. Honestly, sometimes I just want to knock on the door and- give them some cookies or something. I can’t imagine having nightmares every single night, so bad you're screaming.” Clark said solemnly. He had always been exceedingly empathetic.

“Clark! Please do something!” Jimmy yelled from the living room. He was staying for one night, and on this particular night, Clark’s neighbor had woken up from nightmares three times already. Or, had been getting afraid quite often, because no stable person yelled that much.

Clark sighed. “Okay, fine.” He said, exiting his apartment and going over to his neighbor's door.
