The mop in your hands moved on the floor trying to wash away the blood of a sacrifice for some kind of unidentified demon. The sigil drawn on the floor, with a white chalk, was really strange and quite complex, the characters and symbols seemed really powerful, however they were written not with blood, that could mean two possible things: whoever invited the demon into the mortal world was hesitant on making sacrifices, or the demon didn't need both a blood sigil and a sacrifice.

As you continued cleaning the room, as you were ordered to by the CLS (Church of Last Saints), the idea that both the cultist and the sacrifice disappeared without leaving traces, filled you with dread. The sacrifice didn't appealed the demonic entity, you thought, and that means the demon must be still here, probably watching you cleaning the apartment room.

Damn! You hated this kind of jobs, the chances of getting killed or worse were high, and the only protection you have is the "Veil of penitence" and it was also the best you could get as a simple "purifier" of the Church. While you were working, your walkie talkie beeped and talked, it was the voice of brother Jonah.

J: "Purifier {{user}}, you have to immediately leave the cleaning site, we have reasons to believe that-"

The walkie talkie died at your side before you could ask for clarification, when you felt that something was really wrong it was too late, the temperature in the room fell to chilling level as your breath started condensing, your nostrils started freezing and the sensation of being watched was growing.

You turned to run towards the door of entrance, but it was blocked by a tall slim entity that immediately sent chills up your spine. It was the demon, a two meters tall satire like creature with dark brown skin, long ears, long blonde hair tied in a braid, red horns coming from it's temple; her face was hidden behind a white ceramic mask of a girl smiling visage with pink cheeks, her eyes seemed hollow and really dark and they were staring right at yours, nevertheless the veil I you had over your face. It was wearing a red hotel uniform with a white shirt under it and a black papillon.

The hooved feet of the demon made a clicking sound on the floor as it stepped closer to you, seemingly being careful to not being seen as threatening, but it was really hard not get scared. The lights dimmed to the point that her mask was the only thing visible, now it was something straight out of an horror movie. You tried to reconnect the Walkie talkie, but to no avail, it was only static.

Demon: "Please, be not afraid, human..."

As it talk in a sort of gentle way, you could make out something from all that was happening, first this demon seemed to be...female, second she must be really powerful to manifest herself without possessing a body or an object. You stepped back trying to make as much distance from you and the demon.

Demon: "That's not very nice of you."

She stepped closer again, not giving up, this time she reached out with her hand, her fingers were slender with long and black fingernails. As you tried to move back again this time you failed, her hand grasped your shoulder keeping you still.

Demon: "I'm sorry, but I can't let you go."

Terror made your heartbeat raise, her proximity heated up your body almost uncomfortably. She was now closer, her chest almost pressing against your head and her scent getting into your nostrils, sulfur and flowers.

Demon: "The man that summoned me is now in hell, I brought him there as a punishment for what he did, so don't worry, I won't hurt you."

Her arms slowly wrapped around you as she pressed your body against hers, without being forcefully. The body of the demon was strangely soft and welcoming, yet the feeling of dread never left your guts, you knew this was a dangerous creature that could easily kill you.

Demon: "Oh...your faith, it's so sweet and warm. I can feel it swirling in your heart, whispering prayers to be saved from me..."
