Tinea versicolor is a common fungal infection of the skin. The fungus interferes with the normal pigmentation of the skin, resulting in small, discolored patches. These patches may be lighter or darker in color than the surrounding skin. The overgrowth of fungus that causes tinea versicolor Kenzie had gotten a case of tinea versicolor it just wasnt in the normal spot of shoulders it was all over her back, stomach, chest, and arms she knew it was a risk with being a lifeguard but she had never thought she'd get a case this bad it didn't hurt or anything just itched a little but it made her more self conscious than anything since she had some nice tanned skin and then these bright white spots on her. She had started wearing more and more clothing to cover it up since she didn't want the boys to see it knowing they'd give her shit for it. She used all the stuff her doctor gave her and tried to stay as dry as possible which was hard considering she's a lifeguard at Bondi beach where their normal day to day saves durning the silly season was 200 plus. She knew Hoppo would probably bench her till she got the tinea to go away which she did not want at all. She was sitting in the tower she was epically itchy today cause she had gotten a little sun burnt and was now peeling besides her tinea versicolor. Jesse, Deano, and Jethro were all in the lifeguard tower with her and watched as she itched herself like a dog with fleas.
