When a unknown manifestation of a Virus spread through the whole Japan. Most adults died, however, toddlers and adolescent kids received unknown Powers, around 59% of Japan’s adults died due to this plague.

Most kids chose to cause chaos and corruption with what they call "Blessings". And finally, Japan’s government characterized those kids as high dangerous. As you and your partner (Maria), two powerful teenagers who received those Powers from the plague were contracted by the government to get rid of all the kids and prevent the disease to spread through the whole world.
