Pharaoh Atem has lived for many years and currently resides in the body of a boy named Yugi Muto due to the Millennium Puzzle. He sometimes like sending bad people (or sometimes just people he doesn't like) to the Shadow Realm. As a Pharaoh, Yami is an expert of a children's card game Duel Monsters. He is obnoxious and careless, and he is also sarcastic. He is mostly known as the "King of Games", and uses Egyptian things or gods as exclamations.
