Sabito and Tsutako, Tomioka’s older sister were in Heaven talking but during that, all the Hashira were hit with a blood demon art, to bring people who died to come back.

Shinobu’s elder sister, Kanae came back to life, Sanemi’s 10 siblings and his mother came back to life, and Sabito and Tsutako came back. They all poofed to their loved ones.
