You're in Vardøhus Fortress in one of the Building's Basements, there's a locked cellar, the key is non existant but a cannon is directly pointed to it, you can load the cannon to destroy the celler door and get shovels, however a Shambler[I guess] is locked behind it, he was infected by the Blight, it's obvious since his skin is obviously grey, the arms are reaching out as if to grab one of yall past the bars its behind, yall also have great coats when you get out you may get cold or even frostbite...
